

My mission
Over the years, the fitness industry has bombarded us with countless fads and trends that have come, gone and disappeared. From crash diets and unsustainable "get shredded in 6 weeks" programmes, to dangerous exercises promoted as "booty builders", or the "snap back to pre-baby bod in 4 weeks" short-lived, refutable crazes . The overwhelming amount of influencer content has women wondering why they're not seeing instant results as promised. Knowing this and being in the fitness industry as a certified PT, I decided it was time to create a code for women shaped by my Oxford degree in Bio Sciences and Sport and Exercise Science, rather than to push the typical influencer "I look good, you can be like me" approach.
Sticking to a fitness and nutrition regime is also a mental battle not just a physical one. It's easy to fall down the rabbit hole of obsessing over food and exercise, or comparing yourself to what you see online. This is why as both a PT and a certified holistic health and wellness coach, I have created The Natural Code.
The Natural Code is a philosophy that focuses on clients cultivating a healthy relationship with health and fitness with my support by your side. My personalised approach to each client means that I am able to deliver your sessions, check in with you and not only tailor exercises and nutrition to your needs as a PT, but also offer my help as a health and wellness coach.
